Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

It should look like this シシヤル, however it depends on whether it's a made up word/name or not. If it's a Japanese derived word then it may look different, that being the case it's a word I've never come across. I'm pretty sure it's the one I've given you, but if you want a definitive answer you'll have to tell me how you came across the name.

Yeah, "Shi" definitely means death, "Shisha" means dead person or fatality it's just the "Shisha-ru" I haven't come across before, still if it is an original Japanese word then it's written as ししやる, still I'd use the first one I gave you, I'd say it's more accurate.
